4. Eligibility Criteria for GATE 2025
Candidates must have completed or be appearing in their final year of the following degree programs:
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Pharm
B.Arch / B.Sc. Research / B.S.
M.Sc. / M.A. / MCA
M.E. / M.Tech / Dual Degree / Integrated Courses

6. GATE 2025 Exam Guidelines
Photo & Signature Upload Instructions:
Photo: Must be a recent passport-size color photograph with a white background. The face should occupy at least 75% of the image.
Thumb Impression: Use black ink, place a left thumb impression inside a 3 cm x 5 cm box on A4 paper.
Signature: Sign in black/blue ink, inside a 2 cm x 7 cm box on A4 paper.
Important Exam Instructions:
Candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card and a valid ID proof to the exam center.
Reach the exam center at least 60 minutes before the exam start time.
Electronic devices, study material, and calculators are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
7. How to Download GATE 2025 Admit Card
Visit the official GATE 2025 website.
Click on the Download Admit Card link.
Enter your Enrollment ID and Password.
Click on Submit to view your admit card.
Download and print a copy for exam day.
8. How to Apply for GATE 2025 Exam
Online Registration: Candidates had to apply online between 28 August 2024 and 03 October 2024.
Read the Official Notification: Before applying, candidates should have read the official GATE 2025 notification.
Upload Required Documents: Candidates were required to upload scanned copies of their photo, signature, ID proof, and thumb impression.
Review and Submit: Before submission, applicants had to verify all details carefully.
Fee Payment: If applicable, candidates needed to pay the exam fee online.
