5. Physical Eligibility Criteria

For Male Candidates:

  • Height: 5 Feet 4 Inches (162.56 cm)

  • Chest: 31 Inches (79 cm)

  • Running: 1.6 km in 6 minutes

  • Shot Put (Gola Fek): 16-pound shot thrown 16 feet

  • High Jump: 4 feet

  • Long Jump: 12 feet

For Female Candidates:

  • Height: 153 cm

  • Running: 800 meters in 5 minutes

  • Shot Put (Gola Fek): 12-pound shot thrown 10 feet

  • High Jump: 3 feet

  • Long Jump: 9 feet
